Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

The Wardrobe Organizer (“TWO”) provides wardrobe organising and related in-home services. All services are tailored to the client and defined prior to commencement of the project.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon written agreement. Project dates are only secured once confirmation has been received and, where applicable, a deposit has been paid.

3. Pricing & Payment

All services are priced upon request and are based on scope, location and level of service. Invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms. TWO reserves the right to suspend or delay services in the event of late or incomplete payment.

4. Changes to Scope

Any additional services, changes in scope, or unforeseen requirements during the project may result in adjustments to pricing and timelines. Such changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in advance. TWO reserves the right to charge for late cancellations, last-minute changes, or reserved time that cannot be reallocated.

6. Access & Working Conditions

The client is responsible for providing safe, timely and uninterrupted access to the property. TWO reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if working conditions are deemed unsuitable

7. Client Responsibility

All decisions regarding personal belongings, including retention, removal or disposal, remain solely with the client. TWO may advise but does not assume responsibility for such decisions.

8. Liability

All items are handled with care and attention. However, TWO shall not be held liable for:

  • pre-existing damage, wear or fragility

  • damage resulting from normal handling of delicate items

  • indirect, incidental or consequential loss

  • loss or damage arising from third-party services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWO’s liability is excluded.

9. Insurance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their belongings and property are adequately insured. TWO does not provide insurance coverage for client items.

10. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information, properties and personal belongings are treated with strict confidentiality. TWO will not disclose any client information without prior consent, unless required by law.

11. Third-Party Services

Where external providers are involved, TWO may coordinate services but is not responsible for their performance, conduct or outcomes.

12. Force Majeure

TWO shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to travel disruptions, illness, or external restrictions.

13. Termination

TWO reserves the right to terminate or suspend services in the event of breach of these terms or unsafe working conditions.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Acceptance

By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
